| Entire
Educational Development Program |
|
Even though we have
achieved tremendous improvements in various fields, we couldn’t
solve the problems facing by the individuals in the educational
sector. Considering this, we have formulated a plan to improvise
the educational levels in the institutions. |
| |
We couldn’t improve
the results of S.S.L.C Exam in the past periods. All has a
major role in this failure. If this situation continues, future
of this Panchayath will be in the darkness. |
| |
In order to avoid this
situation, a plan has being established. Govt. has fixed the
number of pass outs in every year. Based on this students
are being promoted without looking their academic performance.
This is the main reason for the increase in failure for the
board exams. The aim of our plan is to promote the students
to the higher classes by improving their learning standards.
So that they can perform well in their Exams. Grama Panchayath
and Village Education Committee planed various programs to
achieve this. As a part of this program, a monitoring committee
for each subject, help of electronic medias, school library,
developing the in born talents, public exams for classes 4
and seven , centralized valuation, giving mark list along
with the T.C,etc are being made. To improve the teaching standards,
encouragement for the teacher , participation of parents,
improvise the atmosphere of schools, etc. are needed. |
